李睿明,男,湖北枣阳人,19963月出生,武汉大学凝聚态物理专业博士,讲师。

研究方向:

新型半导体光电表征技术:用先进的瞬态光谱和瞬态电学测试技术表征新型半导体材料。利用瞬态微波光电导技术和瞬态电流等方法研究半导体器件中载流子产生、迁移、复合、抽取、注入等过程。

太阳能电池:主要研究新型光电半导体的应用和开发所需的关键技术,涉及新型半导体薄膜与电池器件的制备及表征。

光电探测器:把新型半导体材料引入到光电探测器领域,实现高灵敏、快响应的光电二极管和X射线探测器。
