曾海波,湖北师范学院物理系2000届校友 

曾海波,19774月生,湖北鄂州人。南京理工大学材料学院副院长、教授、博士生导师。先后入选首批国家优秀青年基金(2012)、万人计划青年拔尖人才(2015)、长江学者奖励计划青年学者(2016)、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才(2016)、国家杰出青年科学基金(2017)。

2000年获湖北师范学院物理学学士,2003年获湖北大学应用数学硕士,2006年中科院固体物理研究所凝聚态物理博士,随后在日本国家材料研究所从事研究。先后获创建了南理工纳米光电材料研究所、工信部新型显示材料与器件重点实验室,主要从事半导体量子点与钙钛矿发光显示研究。在国际上率先发展了全无机钙钛矿三基色LED发光器件体系(Advanced Materials 2015, 27, 7162),已成为新型显示领域前沿热点方向,单篇引用两年400余次,被同行在《科学》等评价为“首次(first)”、“发展了(developed)”、“发起了(initiated)”、“开启了(opened)”该LED体系,获得中国照明学会“LED首创奖”金奖(2017)、江苏省颗粒学会“创新奖”特等奖(2016)、中国颗粒学会“科技进步奖”二等奖(2016)。已在《自然·通讯》等期刊发表SCI论文200余篇,包括35ESI高引论文和5ESI热点论文,总引用11,000余次,单篇最高引用1,100次,H 指数50。研究工作曾多次获得《自然》、《自然·纳米技术》、《自然·亚洲材料》等亮点报道。
